*20  Observed the sanitizer bucket located under the handsink closest to the office and under the cash register at the front service desk to be too weak (Chlorine: < 50 PPM). Also, the sanitizer sink of the 3 compartment sink had sanitizer solution that is too weak - Quaternary Ammonia: 200 - 400 PPM.
